We help nonprofit organizations provide the tools to help individuals compete in today’s global marketplace. We are committed to ensuring everyone has access to the workforce and has the ability to thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success is a nonprofit organization that is devoted to helping low-income women become self-sufficient and self-confident by providing work-appropriate attire, confidence boosts, and career development. The Dress for Success Worldwide organization has affiliate locations in 78 U.S. cities and in Canada, the U.K., and New Zealand. Each site is an independent, volunteer-driven nonprofit organization committed to fulfilling the Dress for Success mission at the local level. Each year the organization reaches more than 40,000 women in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

 

FedEx serves as a presenting sponsor of the Dress for Success Worldwide annual fundraiser in New York City. The company has also expanded its involvement to include the FedEx Special Delivery truck in efforts to collect and deliver clothing to Dress for Success locations in key U.S. cities. Additionally, the FedEx Women’s Network has been instrumental in providing workshops, mentoring and coaching to the Professional Women’s Group, a key initiative of the Dress for Success program.    

 

For over three decades, INROADS has helped businesses gain greater access to diverse talent. This has occurred through continuous leadership development of ethnically diverse students and placement of those students in internships at many of North America's top corporations, firms and organizations. FedEx hires INROADS interns each year to work in various professional capacities. Many of these students also participate in community relations projects on behalf of FedEx while serving their internships.
